As a user of Symphony I can say this is a fraud company which gives cheap quality set in cheap price. I lost my 15000 BDT by purchasing one handset. There are lots more example of such loss. They deceive with their customer day by day. They gives warrenty of 1 year but after 2/3 months later set must fall in any types of problem. Then customer go to customer care. Which is source of fraud people. They takes 4-5 months in several cases. And excuse for parts are not available in country, engineer is ill etc. So I recommend to abolish the name and fame of symphony.
